While visiting grandparents one summer, my dad and grandad decided to take us on an impromptu trip to Atlanta to catch the game. I believe it was 1993 and the Braves were playing the Expos. We were behind the Montreal dugout and there was a drunk fan heckling Larry Walker. Larry pointed at him from the on-deck circle, made a motion indicating that the guy was drunk, and went on to smack a triple. I thought it was funny how he handled the situation and had always remained a fan.
Cal Ripken. Cal Ripken. Cal Ripken.
Cool. Cool. Cool.

So here's his 1993 Upper Deck card: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/F8IAAOSwu-tesr5Y/s-l1200.jpg
What a fun story. Cool card, too.
