I suppose I should've done the '69 Topps Wayne Comer card for defunct franchise, but I wanted to include a Milwaukee Braves card, so I used the Pilots as an expansion, and the MIL Braves as my defunct. Since the Braves moved in '66, I selected a '65 Ed Mathews card. He was before my time, but my dad always countered my talk about Terry Pendleton being the best 3B with Mathews. Great choice. As you say, the last year for the Milwaukee Braves. And Mathews’ 1966 Topps card has the “M” logo airbrushed off his cap. Unsightly.
